The beer is brewed in the Brut IPA style. The name of the style is borrowed from the world of wines, as it is known, Brut is a dry sparkling wine. This beer, aged for at least 3 months, has a pale straw color, very dry and very carbonated. There are practically no sugars left in the drink, due to the use of a special enzyme – Amylase.
