Bamberg
Bamberg, smoked beer, is bottom-fermenting or lager yeast with smoke aroma and a flavor of malt smoked on burning beech-wood logs. The malt is manufactured by a well-known German company “Weyermann Malting” (Bamberg). The beer goes well with the Schweinshaxe, Pork Knuckle, pork ribs and, of course, traditional Bavarian sausages.
