Dark Ale. It’s dark, unfiltered and unpasteurized beer. The Statute of 1529 was the first in the line of new beers, brewed in the restaurant. Paying tribute to the Belarusian history and writing, the beer is considered to be a noble drink that holds unknown tastes and secrets, as well as the spirit of the time when the Statute of 1529 of the GDL was adopted.

Taste:

Robust beer with hop bitterness and pronounced notes of burnt (chocolate) malt. It is top-fermenting ale.
